FODO AGM 2019

The FODO AGM 2019 will take place from 12.00 to 13.15 on Tuesday 14 May at 199 Gloucester Terrace London W2 6LD.

The AGM will be asked to approve a resolution updating the FODO Articles of Association Details of the proposed changes are here and you can access the articles with track changes here.

Director Adrian Street (Norville Opticians and lead director for SMEs) is due to stand down by rotation and has indicated his willingness to stand again.   John Hopcroft (Boots Opticians) and Josie Forte (Specsavers) were both co-opted to the Board when Sam Watson (Boots Opticians) and Zoe Smith (Specsavers) stepped down earlier this year.  They would both like to put themselves forward for election.

The AGM will be followed by a short presentation from Antony King (Managing Director) and Rob Ramsden (Head of Communications and Engagement) at NHS Primary Care Services England (PSCE) part of the Capita Group, followed by light refreshments.
