Member COVID-19 update: Wales
In a follow-up to our update yesterday evening, the Welsh government has now confirmed that during the two-week lockdown starting on Friday at 6pm:
- Patients can leave their homes to access local eye care services
- All practices can remain open to provide services. They should continue to follow amber recovery phase guidance issued on 30 July and 7 August 2020, which includes a remote-care first approach, prioritisation and scheduling and following College guidance on infection control.
